Hot Off The Press: Ethel and Ernest to Launch at 60th BFI London International Film Festival.
Lupus Films’ eagerly-awaited animated film version of Raymond Briggs’ much-loved graphic novel Ethel & Ernest is to receive its World Premiere at the 60th BFI London International Film Festival. The launch will consist of two events – a premiere at Curzon Cinema Mayfair attended by cast on Saturday October 15th and a screening and Q&A at Haymarket Cinema on Sunday October 16th. The news was announced at an LFF press conference and photocall, attended by Ethel & Ernest director Roger Mainwood, at the Odeon Leicester Square today.
The BFI London Film Festival is Britain’s leading film event and one of the world’s best film festivals. This year’s programme will include a selection of the finest new British and International films.
